Dennis and his company, Bug Mechanic, were recommended by a neighbor. We thought we had squirrels, rats or mice scampering in our attic. He came, inspected the attic, set humane traps and caught nothing. He did humanely trap a rat on the perimeter of our house. He had recommended a 2-step plan: 1) see if there’s anything actually in the attic and 2) if yes, seal any entrance points to the attic. He said he didn’t think we needed to do step 2 – it wouldn’t be worth the money even though he was talking himself out of additional payment.
